Buyer Protection Program
Your total installed price includes all products, materials and labor necessary to complete your new Solar Energy and/or Energy Efficiency system,. Electrical work (if any), and sales taxes (if any), are all included in your total price. All products and materials used will be new and work will be completed in a workmanlike manner, in compliance with all building codes, local ordinances, and applicable laws. Our price offer is good for 30 days from the date our representative signs this document.
Roof and Property Protection Guarantee
JAEA believes that protecting the consumer`s property is of the utmost importance. You can rely on JAEA Solar to cover any damage to the roof structure of your property caused by the installation of our solar equipment for as long as you own the home. However, the Buyer understands that proper installation and operation of any solar equipment installation depends on the existing condition of the Buyer`s property, including but not limited to the roof structure, electrical equipment, and other affected structures and the Buyer`s proper maintenance of Buyer`s property. For this reason, this exclusive coverage: (I) includes damages to the roof structure of your property directly caused by any roof penetrations made by JAEA Solar during the installation of said equipment; (ii) is extended only to the original Buyer of our equipment and installation services named herein; and (iii) is limited to such damages which occur following the installation and which are promptly reported to us.
Workmanship Warranty Policy
The manufacturers with whom Contractor conducts business offer the most comprehensive warranties in the solar industry. In addition to those warranties, Contractor will warrant to the original BUYER all parts, labor, workmanship and installation for five (5) years from the date of installation. Contractor offers no express warranties other than those stated herein. This contract represents all agreements between the Buyer and Contractor. No prior or present agreements or representations shall be binding upon the contract unless included in this contract.
